List your venue on Costa & Bloom

We connect couples planning a destination wedding in Colombia with a curated selection of venues. If you run one, this is how you join.

What changes for your venue

Couples arrive dreaming about the wedding and leave with a complete quote. Your venue is in it, with its real price.

  • They arrive with the date already set

A couple picks region, date and guest count before they ever see your venue. If they reach out, they already know you fit their wedding.

  • Your rates are published as you send them

The price on the site comes straight from your rate sheet. We load what you send us, and we ask before we interpret anything.

  • Your venue is read in two languages

Most of these couples live in the United States or Europe. Every venue page exists in English and Spanish, written for whoever is reading it.

How it works

  1. You get in touch

You fill in the form with your photographs, your capacity and your rates. If something is missing, we sort it out along the way.

  2. We review your venue

We look at what you sent and talk it through with you to confirm the details. We also get to know the place before publishing it.

  3. Your venue goes live

From then on, a couple searching in your region and for your date sees your venue with its price already worked out, without having to ask for it.

What to have on hand

None of this is needed to get in touch. It is what we go through together during the application.

  • The chamber of commerce registration of the company that operates the venue.
  • A conversation with whoever can make decisions for the venue.
  • Your rates by day type, and whether they include VAT.
  • The real capacity of each space.
  • Your own photographs, with permission to publish them.

An application, not a sign-up

Every venue is reviewed before it goes live. A couple books a wedding based on what the listing says, so what is on it has to be true. That protects you too: every venue already on the platform went through the same review.

Before you apply

Does listing my venue cost anything?

No. Publishing your venue does not cost anything, and there is no exclusivity: you keep working with whoever you already work with.

Who sets the price a couple sees?

You do. The price comes from the rate sheet you send us, by day type and by year. We do not change it, and when something in it is unclear we ask you before publishing.

What happens if I do not have professional photographs?

Write to us anyway. Photography is what most often holds an application up, and we would rather tell you what is missing than have you guess.

Do I have to hold the date for every enquiry?

No, and never for an inquiry. We ask you about the date; if it is open, we confirm it with the couple. Your calendar is touched once and only once: when the couple books, and our sales team holds the date with you.
